New to Kipferl, the Preiner winery is located in Apetlon on the Neusiedler See in the East of Austria, where conditions are perfect for producing sweet botyrised wines – cool foggy mornings and sunny, dry afternoons, resulting in perfectly developed botyritis affected grapes.
The Trockenbeerenauslese Bouvier is made from Bouvier grapes, a variety perfectly suited for sweet wines. Tropical fruit, honey melon, good length and superb balance of high sugar and fresh acidity.
Beautiful together with trifle or a rich chocolate mousse, and particularly with a Kaiserschmarrn.
