The first truly orange wine in our portfolio! The Grüner Veltliner Vielfalt, meaning ‘Diversity’, is a cuvee from a variety of Veltliner vineyards made by veteran, biodynamic wine grower Matthias Hager. Handpicked, then fermented on its own natural yeasts, stored in large wooden barrels and bottled late. 20% of the wine is fermented on its skin adding to the signature tannic structure and colour of orange wine.
